Notes
Inspection conducted as a routine inspection. Site was not active at time of inspection. Site has not been active in several years. The site is mostly grown up with vegetation, saplings, and pine trees. I did not observe a discharge at Outfall 001. It had rained heavily the night before the inspection was conducted. The water level was low and a discharge at Outfall 001 does not seem likely. No water quality issues noted at time of inspection.
