Notes

Berms are well maintained along plant entrance and haul road. The area around the office and plant entrance is concrete. This area was clean with no fines or material at entrance to facility or on the roadway. There is a wheel wash at entrance to scales. The wheel wash water is collected in a basin located across from the scales and is recycled and reused at the wheel wash and water truck. A rock lined ditch with a diversion berm is located near the wheel wash basin to divert storm water to sediment basin #2. No discharge has been reported from Outfall 001 in the NetDMR electronic reporting. Pit water is pumped into Basin #1. There was a minimal amount of water in the pit. There is sufficient freeboard remaining in each basin. The site is as shown on the current site layout and drainage map.
