TDEC inspectors Becky Lenz and Daniel Lawrence met with Brandon Myers and Richard Owenby on site for the routine inspection. TDEC inspectors checked the discharge rate prior to the inspection and it was approximately 20 MGD. Inspectors suggested that with the next permit cycle it would be good to have an exact discharge rate on the permit application.
The site was discharging at the time of inspection.
BMPs were maintained and operating properly. The ponds, berms, and outslopes all looked good.
The site was deemed in compliance at the time of inspection.
