Notes
LCK met on site with Anthony Humes to inspect the facility. The main purpose of the inspection was to clarify issues with the renewal application. The application stated that the site discharged to karst topography. Upon inspection, there are no distinct connections to groundwater on the site, and all wastewater either leaves the site as surface flow, evaporates, or infiltrates slowly. No other issues were noted on site.
