TDEC inspector Becky Lenz met with Matt Belcher to inspect the site. DMP 001 was constructed but was not discharging at the time of inspection. DMRs show that DMP 001 does not discharge, has not in years. DMP 002 is not constructed yet. The ponds look good.
The site only produces a couple months out of the year.
This site is in compliance.
