Notes
Greg Greene accompanied GVM and GCC on site. The site is no discharge in TN, and all water goes to their Mine #1 in Mississippi. There were multiple sediment basins that appeared to gravity feed in to the next consecutively. Water was mostly clear with a green hue. No water was observed discharging at the time of the inspection. Area with previous NOV due to sediment discharge had silt fence with no evidence of discharge. Sign permit number should be updated.
