Notes
TDEC inspectors Rebecca Lenz and Logan Kennedy inspected this facility due to being notified by the mayor about dirt on the road at site entrance and about the pond completion from the engineer.
Pond area has been seeded, grass is not coming in yet due to the weather. The spillway looks good. They are inputting a ditch and sump to the pond area. TDEC inspectors noted that as they work, they need to ensure ditches, berms, etc. are maintained.
The walls should have rock armoring to ensure no dirt leaves the site.
This site is in compliance at the time of inspection.
