TDEC inspectors, Becky Lenz and Daniel Lawrence, went to the site to perform a partial inspection to check on the area where the sediment used to enter the stream due to the rain event. There was no more sediment plume or any sediment coming into the stream. The issue was taken care of with Haul Road changes. The stream is clear upstream and downstream now.
The site has done a great job at taking care of this issue. The site is in compliance.
