Upon arrival, DKN spoke with Ty Trimmer. Ty accompanied DKN throughout the body shop, especially the paint booth. DKN observed filters were in place in the booth. The left-over paint is collected and allowed to dry where it is then placed in the appropriately marked dumpsters outside where it is picked up by Safety Kleen (a private contractor). Ty explained that they have a contract with Safety Kleen ($1500/month) which includes haul off of filters and paint and flushing of all the paint lines once per month.Complaint complete.
