This occurrence seems to have started 9/7/2020 as I noted the smell and had to shut my house up to keep it out. Checked next morning (today) 9/8/202 and the smell is still present.JLR wroteOn 9/11/2020, I investigated this complaint. I drove into the facility's parking lot and drove down McNeal Davies Lee Terry Road and turned around at 36°05'42.0"N 84°32'34.3"W and drove back to Knoxville Highway. I did not sense any odors during the investigation. On September 11 and October 7, Division personnel investigated complaints 96270 and 93149 regarding odors at the Heraeus facility in Wartburg, TN. During both visits there were no visible emissions coming from any of the exhaust points or noticeable odors that were present in the area. In response to these complaints, a comprehensive inspection of the facility was also completed on October 30, 2020. During this inspection it was found that the facility had been following all limitations and record keeping requirements set forth in their operating permit. Therefore, no violations were discovered as a result of this comprehensive inspection.
