| The City did exceed their plant protection criteria for Copper, Lead, and Zinc in September 2017. This, however, was an isolated incident and monitoring since then has not revealed any exceedances.
The permit for MagPro has just been updated and became effective on February 27, 2018. MagPro’s only violation in the past year was a Notice of Violation (NOV) for not monitoring for the correct parameters. This NOV was sent as a response to comments during the Pretreatment Audit conducted by Ms. Laurel Rognstad on February 22, 2017. A site visit to MagPro was also conducted during the PCI where we met with the Quality and Health, Safety, & Environment Manager, Joel Jordan. There were no issues to note based on the site visit. |
