He observed a portion of silt fence needing repair but this portion had no evidence of sediment loss into the vegetated buffer before entering a pond on Cadet Farms property. KWD walked the perimeter of the construction area and observed no areas of active erosion or sediment loss. KWD did note several freshly plowed crop fields in the vicinity which may be the main cause of the turbid stream. KWD intends to return to the site of Mr. Morris' photo to walk upstream from that point to look for additionla sources of sediment loss.
